Springhouse Architects is a boutique architecture and interior design firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded in 2008 by Principal Architect Sheri Scott, AIA, the firm designs custom residential projects from $3M to $15M+ across Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, and beyond.

Springhouse operates on a straightforward principle: the client's vision, executed with complete craft and full accountability — from the first site visit through final construction administration. There are no handoffs between design and construction phases, no separate divisions, and no junior staff absorbing the work once the contract is signed. The same team that develops a project is present through every decision it requires.

The firm brings particular depth to complex residential programs: homes designed around how a family actually lives, sites that demand architectural responses rather than formulas, and clients who have been disappointed before and need a team they can trust completely.

Springhouse does not build. The firm designs, documents, and oversees construction through vetted general contractors — maintaining design integrity through every phase of the build.
