Andy Dillow

Andy Dillow serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Springpod, overseeing all operational aspects of the business to facilitate scaling and rapid growth using EOS principles. Dillow has been a member of the Board of Directors at Workshop in Business Opportunities since 2013, focusing on expanding the board and donor base for future national growth. Previously, Dillow was a Strategic Consultant for Native, where responsibilities included integrating the Gradguide business post-merger and enhancing employability services. As Chief Strategy Officer and later Chief Executive Officer at The Intern Group, Dillow drove strategic partnerships and transitioned the company to a successful virtual model during the pandemic. Dillow's earlier experience includes roles at Credit Suisse, where management of large-scale strategic change programs and a multi-million dollar budget was key, and consulting positions at Atos Consulting and Accenture. Dillow holds a BSc in Economics from Cardiff University.
