Candice Baker

Candice Baker is the Talent Acquisition & People Lead at Springpod. Candice has over 7 years of experience in HR and recruitment, including working as an HR and Recruitment Manager at Manpower. Candice is passionate about supporting young people and those with disabilities to enter the workforce. Candice has designed and overseen an apprentice programme, and has engaged with local welfare to work providers and disability charities to identify opportunities to those who find it most difficult to gain employment. Candice is also experienced in change management, having managed various restructures, mergers, TUPE transfers, and redundancy programmes.

Candice Baker received a BSC in Toxicology and Pathology from De Montfort University. Candice then attended Eckington School.

Candice Baker reports to Sam Hyams, Managing Director. They work with Tom Hyams - COO, Sid Balachandran - Head of Content, and Manuel Apilongo - CTO.
