Tom Hyams

Sam Hyams is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the education and employment sector, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Springpod since September 2017. Under Sam's leadership, Springpod has developed an innovative online platform that connects young people with significant opportunities to engage with employers, universities, and colleges, effectively bridging the gap between education and employment. Prior to this role, Sam founded and served as Managing Director of UTC Hub from April 2016 to July 2020, which focused on linking University Technical Colleges with leading STEM employers in the UK, facilitating students' preparation for successful careers. Sam holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, earned between 2010 and 2014.
