Jon Mallott is the SVP of Employer Partnerships at [Springpod](/org/springpod). Jon has over 13 years of experience in sales and commercial leadership roles.

Most recently, Jon was the Director at Media IQ Recruitment Ltd, a highly respected recruitment agency specializing in finding talent across sales, marketing, events, and ad operations. Jon was responsible for managing and driving sales teams as well as contributing to the company's strategic growth.

Previously, Jon was the Group Commercial Director at Group GTI, the UK and Ireland's leading provider of student careers recruitment platforms, events, and services. In this role, they directed the commercial and B2B marketing activities for both GTI Media and GTI Recruiting Solutions. Jon also worked directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to implement strategies for accelerating the growth of the business.

Jon is a skilled sales leader with a passion for coaching, developing, and recruiting sales teams. Jon is a strong communicator and negotiator who excels in working with large enterprise and SME businesses. Jon has a wide range of expertise in areas such as sales, strategic sales and account management, revenue generation, customer retention and acquisition, digital strategy, platform innovation, go-to-market strategies, B2B marketing, recruitment advertising, display and programmatic advertising, sponsorship, events, HR technology, ATS, and SaaS.
