Cidney Farley

Cidney Farley currently serves as the Director of Operations at Springpoint, a position held since January 2024. In addition, Cidney has been the Executive Director of iFLY Youth since May 2016, focusing on empowering middle school-aged girls of color through international travel and leadership development. Previous experience includes roles such as Manager of Recruitment at Teach For America, where successful recruitment strategies were implemented at the University of Maryland College Park, and as a Sixth Grade ESL Math Teacher at ADEC, which involved fostering growth for English language learners. Cidney also served as a Middle School English Teacher at Walipp Preparatory Academy, where leadership programs and culturally relevant lesson plans were developed. Early roles included teaching as a Corps Member with Teach For America and reporting for KOMU 8 News. Cidney holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
