Katherine Desch

Katherine Desch has over a decade of experience in senior living and healthcare services. Currently serving as the Director of Resident Services at Springpoint Senior Living since February 2012, Katherine has held various roles including LivWell Program Manager and Resident Services Coordinator, focusing on linking residents to necessary supportive services and tracking their well-being. Prior to this, Katherine worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director, where responsibilities included managing budgets, residents’ documentation, and addressing their needs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Veterinarian Assistant at the Animal Care Center of North Jersey, where Katherine improved appointment scheduling and enhanced customer relations. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice from William Paterson University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Brookdale Community College.
