Jennifer Ross is a nursing leader with extensive experience in progressive leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing at Springstone, they manage the operations of a psychiatric and substance use hospital while leading a team of over 120 nursing and support staff. Previously, Jennifer held positions at OhioHealth, including Administrative Nurse Manager and Manager of the Quality, Accreditation, and Patient Safety Department, where they focused on patient safety and quality improvement initiatives. With a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Nursing Leadership from Chamberlain College of Nursing, Jennifer is dedicated to enhancing the safe practice of nursing and inspiring nursing students through teaching.
