Zachary Will

Zachary Will has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2023. Zachary started their career as a Server at Ball's Softee Creme in 2005 and worked there until 2012. In 2011, they joined Ferris State University as a Student Technician/Inventory Specialist and continued until 2013.

In 2013, Zachary began their tenure with Dematic North America as a Help Desk Intern. Zachary was responsible for upgrading Dell desktop and laptops from Windows XP to Windows 7. Additionally, they provided routine help desk ticket support and performed image backups for employees. Zachary'srole at Dematic North America lasted until November 2013.

From 2013 to 2022, Zachary worked at Humphrey Companies. Zachary initially served as a Network Administrator and held this position until January 2018. Subsequently, they became the IT Manager and fulfilled this role until April 2022.

Currently, Zachary is employed at Springthrough since February 2023. Zachary holds the position of Director of IT Services, where they oversee the IT operations and services of the company.

Zachary Will began their education in 2008 at Grand Rapids Community College, where they pursued general education studies. After completing their studies there in 2009, they transferred to Ferris State University. At Ferris State, they focused on Computer Networks and Digital Systems and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in that field in 2013.
