Jason Hwang is a health care innovation expert and internal medicine physician, with a distinguished career spanning multiple leadership roles. As co-founder and executive director of the Innosight Institute from 2007 to 2012, they contributed significantly to health care innovations. They served as co-founder and chief medical officer of Icebreaker Health Inc from 2012 to 2016 and currently hold positions as founder and co-CEO of Polyview Health and venture partner at SpringTide Ventures. An advisor for the Center for Health Systems Innovation at Oklahoma State University since 2013, Hwang also authored "The Innovator's Prescription." They hold an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M.D. from the University of Michigan Medical School.
