Nick Lazares

Nick Lazares serves as the General Manager of Healthcare at Tandem Workforce since July 2023, focused on transforming entry-level jobs into Tandem Jobs™ to bridge workforce gaps. As a Limited Partner at Dream Machine, SpringTide Ventures, and Virta Ventures since 2018, Nick has contributed to the growth of these organizations. Previously, as Head of Sales & Business Development and Head of Growth & Capital Markets at Leif until July 2023, Nick scaled significant partnerships, leading Leif to become America's largest Outcomes-Based Financing provider. Prior experience includes serving as VP at LendKey Technologies, responsible for a digital lending program, and co-founding the Consumer Lending Division at Admirals Bank, driving substantial loan growth. Nick's early career included roles at Lehman Brothers in investment banking. Nick holds a B.A. in Economics and Music from Trinity College-Hartford.
