Rich Maloy

Rich Maloy is the Managing Partner at SpringTime Ventures. Rich has over 20 years of experience in the entrepreneurial and venture capital space. Prior to SpringTime, Rich was the Lean Startup Practice Director at Econic, LLC. There they helped forward-thinking enterprises innovate faster and more effectively by providing training and consulting services that tapped into emerging startup opportunities.

Before Econic, Rich spent 3 years as the North America Manager - Global Entrepreneur at IBM. There they helped IBM partners and clients with their startup and innovation initiatives. Rich also co-founded Engage Colorado, a community organization that connects entrepreneurs with resources and opportunities.

Rich is also an active member of the entrepreneurial community, having served on the Community Advisory Board at Built In Colorado and as a co-founder of Engage Here.

Rich Maloy has a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University in the field of finance.
