Amanda Vonheim has a diverse background in hospitality and management, having held various roles including Service Team Manager at Scandic Hotels from 2021 to 2022 and District Manager at Spendrups Bryggeri AB since 2022. They gained valuable experience as a Vineyard Trainee at Dom. Binet Jacquet in 2015 and have served in multiple managerial positions across different restaurants. Amanda earned a degree in Culinary Arts and Meal Science from Örebro University and a WSET® Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. In addition, they have coordinated events for the IIHF during the 2013 World Championship.
