Anders Westerberg is a passionate change management and industrial project manager with experience in the automotive and forest industries. Currently serving as Chef Verksamhetsutveckling & Projekt at Spendrups Bryggeri AB, Anders has previously held significant roles such as Head of Production Development at Volvo Construction Equipment and Senior Project Manager at Scania Group. Anders has a strong background in lean methods and has successfully driven organizational change and cost reduction projects, contributing to remarkable improvements in production efficiency. Having earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on industrial production from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Anders is committed to fostering real results in operational performance and stakeholder engagement.
