Daniel Olivecrona

Daniel Olivecrona has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles in various companies. Daniel began their career as a Waiter/Bartender/Head Bartender/Assistant Restaurant Manager at Harry's, Big Bowl, Steak House, Cruise Ships, etc., where they worked from April 1994 to June 2000.

After that, they served as a Restaurant Manager at La Roche Vin & Tapas from June 2000 to November 2001.

In November 2001, they joined Casino Cosmopol as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and later became a Floor Service Manager from August 2003 to May 2008. Daniel then took on the role of Food & Beverage Manager at Casino Cosmopol from June 2008 to December 2010.

Next, they joined O'Learys Trademark AB in February 2011, where they worked as an SNArea Manager South of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and China until May 2015. During their tenure at O'Learys Trademark AB, they also held the positions of International Operations Manager/Franchise Partner from May 2015 to September 2020 and Operations Support Manager from October 2020 to May 2022. In these roles, they provided support, coaching, and development tools to optimize profitability, operations, and guest satisfaction within the chain. Daniel also managed communications with suppliers and franchisees, monitored brand standards and compliance, and developed effective business and marketing plans.

Daniel'smost recent experience is as a Key Account Manager at Spendrups Bryggeri AB, where they started in May 2022.
