Daniel Olivecrona has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles in various companies. Daniel began their career as a Waiter/Bartender/Head Bartender/Assistant Restaurant Manager at Harry's, Big Bowl, Steak House, Cruise Ships, etc., where they worked from April 1994 to June 2000.

After that, they served as a Restaurant Manager at La Roche Vin & Tapas from June 2000 to November 2001.
