Les Wood has extensive experience in engineering and field inspection, currently serving as a Field Inspector at Springwise since June 2015, ensuring properties maintain a professionally groomed appearance. Prior to this role, Les Wood sought a challenging position from September 2010 to June 2015, and served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Bayer Health Care - Diabetes Care from November 2006 to September 2010, where significant contributions included leading the scale-up of a 248 nm excimer laser for continuous blood glucose monitoring systems. Les Wood's engineering career also includes senior roles at March Plasma Systems and Genus, as well as experience as a Process Engineer at BOC Coating Technology. Les Wood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from Lincoln University (MO), earned between 1983 and 1987.
