Ajay G. has a diverse work experience. Ajay began their career in 2011 as a Maths Teacher while studying for AIEEE/IIT-JEE exams. In 2015, Ajay co-founded Freighttrackers, a platform aimed at solving Supply Chain Management problems in India.

In 2015, Ajay also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, where they assisted a professor in teaching a course on Introduction to Programming.

In 2016, Ajay joined Sprinklr as a Product Engineer Intern and later transitioned into a full-time role as a Product Engineer. Ajay worked on various modules and technologies, including React, Redux, and Jest. Ajay then progressed to the roles of Senior Product Engineer, Lead Product Engineer, and ultimately Product Manager.

During their time at Sprinklr, Ajay collaborated with different social media channels and managed the core platform, go-to-market strategy, and revenue pipelines. Ajay also led a complex, cross-functional team and managed the entire product release cycle.

In 2019, Ajay became a Student Mentor at InterviewBit, where they provided guidance and support to students.

Starting in 2022, Ajay moved into leadership roles at Sprinklr, first as an Associate Director of Product Management and then as the Director of Product Management.

Throughout their career, Ajay has demonstrated a strong aptitude for product management, technical expertise, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Ajay G. completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they studied Senior Secondary with a focus on Science at Triveni Memorial Sr. Secondary School. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including "Salesforce Essential Training" from LinkedIn in September 2022, "Excel: PivotTables for Beginners" from LinkedIn in August 2021, and "Advertising on Facebook: Advanced" from LinkedIn in November 2020, among others.
