Bit Rambusch serves as the Head of Global Services and Support at Sprinklr since August 2025. Previously, Bit held several leadership positions at Dell Technologies from July 1999 to January 2022, culminating in Vice President roles in Online Support & Knowledge Management and Global Services Engineering & Quality, impacting both operational efficiency and customer experience on a global scale. Earlier career highlights include a Field Service Delivery Manager role at NCR Corp and an Account Executive position at Johnson Controls, following service as a First Lieutenant in the US Army. Bit's educational background includes a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from The University of Dallas.
