Dana Moore

Dana Moore has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Network Manager at Thoughtful Media Group, Inc. until 2014. From there, they became a Digital Marketing Manager at Gerber Kawasaki Wealth & Investment Management, where they stayed until 2016. In 2017, Dana joined Trending All Day as a Contributing Writer for a few months before transitioning to zoovu as an Engagement Consultant. They later became a Customer Success Manager and eventually a Services Delivery Lead, North America. In 2020, Dana joined Sprinklr as a Managed Services Consultant and moved up to Senior Managed Services Consultant in 2021. They then became a Lead Managed Services Consultant, Global Strategic Accounts and currently hold the position of Manager - Managed Services, US Large Enterprise Accounts since 2023.

Dana Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Law from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. In addition to their formal education, Dana has also obtained several certifications from Sprinklr, including Sprinklr Modern Care Supervisor Pro in September 2022, Sprinklr Research Analyst Pro in December 2020, Sprinklr Community Manager Pro in December 2020, and Sprinklr Modern Care Agent Pro in December 2020.
