Guru Darshan

Guru Darshan possesses extensive experience in consulting and managed services, most recently serving as a Senior Consultant at Sprinklr from December 2021 to December 2022. In this role, Guru acted as the primary point of contact for notable accounts including Emma, Moncler, and L’Oreal, providing daily product support and managing a team to streamline operations and address client inquiries. Prior to this, Guru held a Consultant position at Apptio from January 2022 to November 2022, where responsibilities included optimizing client configurations and identifying platform enhancements to ensure customer satisfaction with the Sprinklr platform.
