Iris Wang

Iris Wang has diverse work experience in various companies. Iris currently works as a Product Success Manager at Sprinklr since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at OMD APAC, starting in 2016. At OMD APAC, they held multiple roles including Senior Media Planner from May 2019 to September 2021, Planner, Integrated Media from April 2018 to April 2019, and Digital Executive from January 2016 to April 2018. Before joining OMD APAC, Iris worked as a Copywriter at Weiyang Brand Communications from April 2012 to June 2013. Iris also had a previous role as a Trainee Reporter at China Television Company (CTV, Taiwan) from January 2011 to December 2011, where they monitored news sources, gathered factual information through interviews and research, and produced TV news on the relationship between Taiwan and China mainland.

Iris Wang holds a Master's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies, which they obtained from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Xiamen University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Iris has also obtained certifications such as Sprinklr Advanced Administration from Sprinklr in November 2021, and Digital Guru Black Belt from Google in 2018.
