Jacob Scott

Jacob Scott has served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since March 2023. Before serving as General Counsel, Jacob was Sprinklr’s Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer from 2020. Prior to Sprinklr, Jacob held various leadership roles at athenahealth, Inc. from 2014 to 2020, most recently serving as athenahealth’s Assistant General Counsel. He was also an associate at international law firm Ropes & Gray, and clerked at the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Jacob holds a B.A. from Williams College and a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was managing editor of The Yale Law Journal.
