Marc Denham

Marc Denham is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in helpdesk management and desktop support. Currently serving as the IT Helpdesk Lead at Sprinklr since June 2023, Marc previously held the position of Helpdesk Manager at MarkLogic from November 2015 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing Desktop Support teams and overseeing system migrations, notably to O365. Prior to MarkLogic, Marc worked at Proximity London from March 2006 to November 2015, holding various roles including Desktop Support Engineer, with a focus on helpdesk operations and adherence to service level agreements.
