Neel Panja

Neel Panja is an experienced professional in the fields of Customer Experience Management and Salesforce consulting. Currently serving as the Lead Consultant for CxM Implementation at Sprinklr since November 2021, Neel previously held roles as a Senior Consultant and a Senior Associate Consultant at Infosys, focusing on customer relationship management and e-commerce products. Initial experience includes a position as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant, where skills in Java web application development were utilized, and a summer internship at Crompton Greaves designing electric drives. An MBA in Marketing and Operations/Analytics was obtained from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in 2018, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology.
