Oten I.

Oten I. currently serves as the Global Strategy and Operations Manager at Sprinklr since 2025. Previously, Oten held the position of Program Manager at Dropbox (2023 - 2025) and Meta (2022 - 2023), where responsibilities included leading initiatives to enhance customer experience and procurement processes, respectively. Oten started a career at UBS as an IT Project Manager and later transitioned to consulting in compensation and finance project management roles. Oten's early experience includes an Internal Auditor position at Goldman Sachs and a Project Coordinator role at Columbia Business School. Oten holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs from the School for International Training. Additionally, Oten was recognized as a fellow in the Anaplan for All Fellowship by Correlation One.
