Ragy Thomas

Ragy Thomas is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology executive, currently serving as Chairman, Co-CEO, and Co-founder of UnifyApps since September 2025, and also as the Founder & Chairman of the Board and Co-CEO at Sprinklr, a company dedicated to improving customer satisfaction through a unified platform for customer-facing functions. Thomas founded Lyearn in June 2016 and has held board positions with Tech:NYC and New York CTO Club since 2018 and 2003, respectively. Previous roles include Board Member and Investor at Playpower and Cloth, Technical Advisory Board Member at Goodmail Systems, and President at Epsilon Interactive Services Group. Thomas has a strong technical background, having served as Chief Technology Officer at both Epsilon Interactive Services Group and Bigfoot Interactive. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business and a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College.
