Ruchir Arora

Ruchir Arora has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ruchir is currently working at Sprinklr as a Lead Product Success Manager since October 2021. Before that, they worked as a Product Success Manager at Sprinklr from August 2021 to September 2022. Prior to joining Sprinklr, Ruchir worked at Merkle Sokrati, where they served as a Strategy Manager from July 2020 to July 2021, a Senior Business Analyst from July 2019 to July 2020, and a Business Analyst from May 2018 to June 2019. Ruchir also held leadership positions during their time at Apple Developers Group - VIT, where they served as Joint Secretary from April 2016 to April 2017, and at Visual Bloggers' Club - VIT university, where they were the Founder and President from February 2016 to March 2017. Ruchir started their career as a Public Relations Officer at Creation Labs from January 2016 to May 2016 and also previously worked as an Intern at Murmur (App) from September 2015 to December 2015.

Ruchir Arora completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from VIT University, Vellore, from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School - Jodhpur from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on the subjects of Science, Mathematics, and Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Ruchir has obtained several certifications related to communication, motivation, and media planning from institutions such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
