Ryan Parr has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user research. Ryan started their career as a Senior Interactive Designer at Pop Art from 2005 to 2007, where they focused on improving the accessibility, usability, and design of websites and web applications. Ryan then joined Webtrends as a Senior Interactive Designer from 2007 to 2011, where they introduced modern web standards and processes and collaborated with designers and backend developers to create front-end interfaces for enterprise software suites.

From 2011 to 2012, Ryan served as the Director of Design Lab at Webtrends, leading interactive design and development for high-end brands. Ryan also oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Design Lab team. Following that, they worked at StoryCode® as the Front-end Interactive Director in 2012, specializing in crafting engaging and interactive stories for brands on mobile platforms. Ryan led the development of highly efficient mobile apps and implemented a modern design and customer-first experience methodology.

In 2013, Ryan joined Postano as the Director of Design and Front-end Development, leading a team in creating visually stunning brand experiences for software. Ryan also initiated user experience and customer-centric design initiatives to ensure a seamless experience across the platform.

Currently, Ryan is working at Sprinklr, where they have held various roles since 2016. Ryan started as the Director of Product Design from 2016 to 2018, overseeing a team of designers and working on user experience and customer-centric design projects. Ryan then served as the AVP of Product Design from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Ryan holds the position of VP of Product Design & User Research at Sprinklr, leading a team of 40+ designers and researchers to create exceptional digital experiences for enterprise clients.

Ryan Parr attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General.
