Simran Sappal

Simran Sappal has extensive experience in software development and product management, currently serving as a Product Manager at Sprinklr since September 2018, with previous roles as Associate Product Manager and Senior Software Development Engineer Test. In these positions, Simran has focused on automation and performance testing, particularly with Services Cloud and Core Platform Modern Engagement, gaining a strong understanding of API and end-to-end test automation. Prior to Sprinklr, Simran worked as a Software Engineer at Wipro, specializing in automation testing for cloud-based applications, and began a career as a trainee at ONGC, where a web-based project for vehicle entry pass management was developed. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from DIT University, completed in 2016.
