Sofia Ayala

Sofia Ayala's work experience begins in 2008 as an Event Facilitator at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Society. In 2009, they became a Sales Associate at Nordstrom Rack, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they also interned at the Austin Humane Society as a Public Relations Intern. From 2012 to 2013, Sofia worked as an Accessories Sales Associate at Nordstrom and later interned at Texas CASA as a Communications Intern and at Kimberly Strenk PR as a Public Relations Intern. In 2013, they interned at The Richards Group as a Richards Partners Consumer Team Intern. Sofia then joined BRANDERATI as a Marketing Project Coordinator in 2014, which was later acquired by Sprinklr. With Sprinklr, Sofia held various roles, including Implementation Consultant, Senior Implementation Consultant, Lead Implementation Consultant, and Lead Project Manager from 2014 to the present year.

Sofia Ayala has a diverse education history. Sofia first attended Richland Community College from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained an associate's degree in Arts. Sofia then pursued their undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Public Relations, with minors in Spanish and Business. Recently, in 2016, Sofia attended General Assembly for a short-term program focused on Front End Web Development.
