Sonal Singhal

Sonal Singhal currently serves as the Director of Product Management at Sprinklr, focusing on innovative Customer Feedback Management products that leverage AI-First Surveys to transform customer experience management. Prior to this role, Singhal was a Senior Product Manager at Medallia, where products analyzed vast amounts of customer and employee data signals, supporting millions of users globally. Earlier experience includes positions as Manager of Strategy and Senior Strategy Consultant at North Highland, where operations were optimized for major clients, and as an Alumni Coach for IDEO U. Singhal's career began as an MBA Strategy Intern at Accel-KKR. Singhal holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Emory University and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
