Srinivas Botchu

Srinivas Botchu is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology and business leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Manali since March 2022, Srinivas focuses on fostering Financial Confidence and Sustainability with a commitment to People, Planet, and Future. Prior to this venture, Srinivas held senior roles at Sprinklr, including Senior Director of Technology and Vice President of Technology Operations, since September 2011. Earlier experience includes positions at Epsilon from February 2001 to November 2011, where Srinivas progressed from Manager to Director of Software Development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Banaras Hindu University (1994-1997) and a degree in Engineering, specializing in Electronics, from Pondicherry University (1990-1994).
