Steve Ward

Steve Ward is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across technology and engineering sectors. Notably, they served as the CIO of IBM, where they were responsible for corporate transformation, and have held board positions at significant companies such as Carpenter Technology and C3.AI, where they currently chair the Compensation Committee. As a member of the founding group of C3.AI, they contribute to advancing enterprise-level artificial intelligence solutions. Additionally, they are pursuing an International Executive Program at the Wharton School, further enhancing their leadership competencies.
