Tim Walsh

Tim Walsh is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in leading sales teams across various technology sectors, including cloud contact solutions, conversational AI, and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Head of Sales for New England at Sprinklr since September 2024, Walsh previously held the position of RVP Sales - East at Five9, enhancing customer engagement through cloud contact center solutions. Prior roles include Vice President at LivePerson, Chief Revenue Officer at LumenVox, and Regional Vice President at ASAPP, among others, where Walsh was instrumental in driving sales growth and developing strategic initiatives. Tim Walsh holds a BS in Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed an Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Kennedy School.
