Utkarsh started their work experience in 2013 as a Software Development Intern at Works Applications Co., Ltd. In 2014, they worked as a Contract Developer for Redhat oVirt as part of the Google Summer of Code program. Utkarsh then joined Sprinklr in 2015 as a Product Engineer and progressed through various roles including Associate Director and Senior Director. Currently, they hold the position of VP Product Engineering at Sprinklr.

Utkarsh completed their education in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. Utkarsh attended City Montessori School, although the dates are unknown. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 2010 to 2015. Utkarsh further continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from 2014 to 2015.
