Varun Kumar has a diverse background in product support and information technology, currently serving as Team Lead for Product Support at Sprinklr since August 2025. Prior experience includes leading product support teams at Khoros from December 2020 to August 2025, as well as roles ranging from Senior Product Support Engineer to Product Support Engineer. Varun's expertise in IT began at Goldman Sachs as an Information Technology Operations Analyst from August 2019 to December 2020, following a position as an IT Consultant at Micro Focus from January 2016 to July 2019. Varun holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Oxford College of Engineering, earned between 2012 and 2015.
