Vikram Kumar

Vikram Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Vikram is currently working at Sprinklr as a Technical Program Manager in Product Management, where they demonstrate expertise in business processes supported by technology and is well-versed in Agile methodologies. In their previous role at Ameyo as a Senior Project Manager in Engineering, Vikram was responsible for solution design and implementation of contact center and CX applications, with a focus on contact center automation and self-serve strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Microtel Technology Pte. Ltd., where they excelled in project management for contact center and CRM solutions, helping clients choose suitable products to meet their business requirements. In their earlier years, Vikram worked at Drishti Soft Solutions, where they held multiple roles, including Technical Project Lead, Senior Product Engineer, and Product Engineer. Vikram demonstrated expertise in project coordination, solution delivery, technical support, and maintenance, as well as installation and configuration of contact center suites and voice-gateways. Throughout their career, Vikram has consistently showcased their ability to collaborate across teams, ideate, build, test, and launch new features, ensuring successful outcomes for the organizations they have worked for.

Vikram Kumar obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Gandhi Institute of Advanced Computer and Research (GIACR) in Rayagada, formerly known as IACR, Rayagada. Vikram completed their undergraduate studies from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their degree, Vikram Kumar has pursued several additional certifications. In November 2017, they completed the "Introduction to Project Management" course from Simplilearn. In March 2015, they completed the "iZenBridge - Project Management Professionals (PMP®) Exam Prep Course" offered by iZenBridge Consultancy Private Limited.

More recently, in August 2020, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Vikram also acquired several certifications in September 2020, including "Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project," "Complex Project Tips and Tricks," and "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management," all from LinkedIn.
