William Slack is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and account management within the tech industry. Currently serving as a Renewals Specialist at Sprinklr since December 2021, William has transitioned from the Customer Success Team to focus on ensuring smooth client renewals and long-term partnerships across the UK and Europe.
