Sprint Break is a focused escape for founders, creatives and teams who need to get unstuck and make progress. Fast.

We take over a beautiful space. You show up with a sticky problem, a big idea or a long to-do list. Together, we create the clarity, momentum and headspace to get the work done - without burnout or back-to-back Zooms.

This isn’t a course. And it's not another hotel “retreat” with sad buffets and corporate icebreakers.

It’s a sprint. But it's deeply human, and fun.

🌀 Real time away to zoom out and refocus
⚡️ Light structure, big impact
💬 Honest, open connection with other ambitious doers
🍽️ Great food, beautiful spaces and zero faff
🎯 You leave lighter, clearer, and ready to go.

Sprint Break is created by Beckie Waters, a Creative Founder helping brands and big ideas get unstuck and launch fast.

We run pop-up sprints in inspiring locations, and are building a community of people who like moving fast and keeping it real.
