Rahul Singh

Rahul Singh began their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer (Business Consultant) at Atos Origin. In this role, they were a Functional Consultant for Supply Chain, Retail, Sales & Distribution, EDI domain in the ERP of Levi’s Strauss Europe, responsible for creating Functional Designs of new developments, on-boarding the retail outlets (owned/franchisee) into the system, supporting user operations by resolving complex issues through extensive analysis with the aim to minimize the impact on business, and monitoring the cycle counting and to resolve any discrepancy between the physical inventory and logical inventory.

In 2010, they moved to e-Emphasys Technologies, where they were a Quality Analyst. In 2012, they were a Summer Intern at Raychem RPG Ltd.

In 2013, they joined Accenture as a Consultant, where they led the customer success function for the IT- Service management offering and catered to over 30+ global clients in APAC and Europe region, made sure contractual success factors for each client were met, and farmed existing accounts and identified up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

In 2015, they moved to Routematic, where they were a Principal Consultant and Customer Success Manager.

In 2018, they joined Shuttl, where they were the Regional Enterprise Head - North & East and Head - Monetization.

Finally, in 2022, they joined Sprinto HQ as the Associate Director.

Rahul Singh began their education in 2001, attending Atomic Energy Central School and studying Science until 2003. Rahul then attended National Institute of Technology Surat, where they earned a B.Tech in Computer Engineering. Rahul then attended SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 2013, they obtained the ITIL Foundation 2011 Edition certification from APMG-International in August. In 2014, they obtained the ITIL Intermediate - Service Design certification from APMG-International in June.
