Shankar Singh

Shankar Singh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Shankar is currently working as an Associate Director - Recruitment at Sprinto since December 2022. Prior to this, from August 2021 to December 2022, they worked at Leena AI as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they managed the global recruitment program and handled end-to-end recruitment for various departments. Before that, from March 2014 to August 2021, Shankar was the Lead - Talent Acquisition at MyOperator, where they transformed the talent acquisition strategy and oversaw full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments. Shankar has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Indiamart Intermesh Limited from June 2013 to February 2014, where they handled complete recruitment life cycle and hired for various domains and profiles. Shankar started their career as a Management Trainee at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. from November 2012 to July 2013.

Shankar Singh began their education in 2005 at KUMV, where they completed their Matriculation degree in the field of Science in 2006. Afterward, they attended U.p college from 2006 to 2008, where they earned their Higher Secondary degree also in the field of Science. In 2009, Shankar Singh enrolled at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science in 2013.
