AJ Richichi

AJ Richichi is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in connecting hourly workers with major brands as the Chief Executive Officer of Sprockets since April 2017. In addition to this role, AJ serves as a Contributor for the Forbes Human Resources Council since July 2023, providing insights and expertise in the field. Previously, AJ gained valuable experience in national security while working with the United States Senate from January 2013 to January 2014. AJ holds educational credentials from Harvard Extension School and Phillips Exeter Academy.
