Max Showalter is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at sproos! since September 2025, Max has previously held key roles including Head of Growth at Try Your Best, and Senior Director of Growth Strategy at Darkroom. Max co-founded Glou Beauty, leading as Head of Growth, and served as Senior Marketing Manager at RedCircle Inc. and Vice Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council at USA Diving. Additional experience includes positions at AspireIQ, Nordstrom, and Ulta Beauty, showcasing a strong background in sales and marketing management. Max holds a degree from Purdue University.
