Judith O'Connell

Judith O'Connell is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Champlain Investment Partners, LLC, a position held since its founding in 2004. Previously, Judith served as a Director at RCM Capital Management from 1994 to 2000 and as Senior Vice President at National Life Group from 2003 to 2004. Currently, Judith is also an Independent Director at Sprott. Judith is pursuing both a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan School of Management.
