Stephen Schmidt is an accomplished culinary and hospitality professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious establishments. Since September 2018, Stephen has served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sprout LA. Prior to this role, Stephen held management positions at prominent restaurants, including Quince Restaurant, Addison at Fairmont Grand Del Mar, Bacchanalia, Murphy's Restaurant, Lure Fish House, and Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill. Stephen's educational background includes a Master's Certificate in Restaurant and Hospitality Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from UC San Diego, complemented by studies at Apicius International School of Hospitality in Florence and Florence University of the Arts.
