Eitan Dan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including agriculture technology and defense. Currently serving as Managing Director at CropX Technologies LTD since October 2020 and as a Mentor for Sprout Agritech since May 2021, Eitan has demonstrated expertise in business development, operations management, and strategic planning. Prior experience includes holding the position of VP at Elbit Systems, where oversight involved security solutions and advanced technology development, and serving as COO at both CropX Technologies and Digital Clues, where Eitan focused on operational efficiencies and innovative product development. Eitan's early career includes significant military accomplishments, culminating in the role of Lieutenant Colonel with the Israel Defense Forces, overseeing a substantial budget and numerous development projects. Educational credentials comprise multiple degrees in law and business administration from prestigious institutions, including Tel Aviv University and University of California, Berkeley.

We have one goal in mind…help entrepreneurs grow global agritech businesses. Sprout is an eight month accelerator for entrepreneurs with ideas or businesses from farm to fork. The accelerator features have been designed based on studying the journeys of successful agritech start-up companies. By taking the key learning's from inventors, entrepreneurs, investors and employees in these start-ups, Sprout has designed a world leading accelerator in the agritech sector. Every year we'll identify the best eight to 12 agritech start-ups from across the globe. By being part of Sprout, you get the following benefits: - Up to a one hour call per week with the Sprout team to track progress against your milestones - One to two hours per week of advice/input from the Sprout mentor and expert network - Attendance at four two day underground events, held in different locations each month. At these events you will workshop key areas of your business with experts and mentors - Pitching and more pitching. Refining your pitch and story to customers, investors and partners so you win support for your value proposition - Collaboration and development of the documentation of your business plan and business model - Ability to take five to ten individual days away during the accelerator period to travel for specific meetings or business development activities - Up to 10 hours per week of Sprout specific work At the end of the accelerator the companies will have an opportunity to present their company and team to a hand picked group of investors, corporate partners and potential customers at the Sprout Partners Summit. This event allows the companies the opportunity to continue their rapid progress achieved through the Accelerator.
