From the classroom to Capitol Hill, we use our voice to advocate on behalf of children and families.

For a child to thrive during the first five years, they need to be surrounded by support at every level. Our work goes beyond the classroom supporting the entire child, entire family, and entire community.

Early care and education should not be reserved just to those who can afford it, that is why our work is dedicated to serving every child.

What does it take to create a world where every child can grow to become a whole, centered, thinking, caring person? At SproutFive, we think it takes more than just childcare and early learning. It takes a holistic approach.

So, every day, while we give young children the care they need to develop socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically – behind the scenes we do more. We support the people who support the children.

We do it in their homes, by helping families who may need financial or behavioral help.
We do it with teachers, by providing staff development programs that keep them engaged, interested, and advancing in their careers.

We do it with ongoing research, and workforce development; attending and speaking at national conferences; sharing best practices; working to affect public policy.

We innovate inside the classroom and out, to give every child every opportunity to grow.

Because when you put young children at the center of everything, and surround them with the people, the systems, and the programs they need, they become people who add real value to this world.
