Stephen Thomas

Stephen Thomas is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Sproutly.io since February 2019, Stephen leads efforts to implement an innovative business model called Edge Sourcing, which connects non-technical entrepreneurs and small business leaders with offshore outsourcing talent to facilitate cost-effective application development. Prior to this role, Stephen accumulated a strong background in software engineering, working with companies such as NNG LLC, HP, Multivision Inc., Jewelry By Design, and SRA International, engaging in multi-platform application development with languages including Haxe, Javascript, Java, and C++. Stephen holds educational credentials from Northern Virginia Community College and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
