Jay Patel

Jay Patel is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Sous Chef at Hornblower Cruises and Events since December 2017, where responsibilities include creating gourmet dishes and implementing operational controls in the kitchen. In addition, Jay has been a Volunteer Culinary Instructor at Sprouts Cooking Club since April 2018, focusing on imparting culinary skills to the younger generation.
