Connor Griffith

Connor Griffith has extensive experience in customer success and renewals, currently serving as Manager of Renewals for the Enterprise segment at Sprout Social, Inc. since August 2017. Progressing through roles such as Senior Renewal Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager, Connor has built a solid foundation in managing customer relationships and driving renewals for enterprise-level clients. Prior to joining Sprout Social, Connor worked as an Account Executive at Glassdoor and held various positions at Aerotek, including Account Manager and Recruiter. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Kent State University.
